Prevention, Awareness and Connection with Nature

Perhaps the way you are currently, based on your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual state, is dissonant with your roots in the natural ecosystem. A virus that is commonly mutating every year as part of the yearly flu, slightly more aggressive, has halted the entire planet’s current habits and behaviors. The one thing that blares red lights here is a collective compromised Immune System.

Becoming Aware of Habits and Change

“Habits are powerful, but delicate. They can emerge outside our consciousness, or can be deliberately designed. They often occur without our permission, but can be reshaped by fiddling with their parts. They shape our lives far more than we realize—they are so strong, in fact, that they cause our brains to cling to them at the exclusion of all else, including common sense.”

Why Do We Sleep?

Curious about this activity we all do without understanding why, I began a quest to research the process of sleeping in terms of biological, physiological and also mental and emotional standpoint. What is it that happens when we sleep? Where does our consciousness go? Why is sleep so important? Is there such a thing as too much or too little sleep? I might not be able to answer all of these questions but surely will begin unveiling some tremendous benefits of sleep.

Gut Talks And Dis-Ease

We have truly taken for granted the ability to allow our mind to dictate cravings, and also the means to satisfy the mind’s cravings, without actually consulting with the actual organs that have to deal with processing, assimilating and absorbing the consumption of said craving.
