Ayurveda Mentorship & Ayurvedic Practitioner Training | The Practitioner’s Path
A Guided Ayurveda Mentorship

The Practitioner’s Path

Integrating Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and self-inquiry into your personal practice and your work with others.

This is an in-depth Ayurveda mentorship for practitioners who want to move beyond learning Ayurvedic theory and develop the ability to apply its principles to themselves, their clients, students, and the people they serve.

Six Weeks Per Module · Two Live Sessions Weekly · Ongoing Practice Community

Each module runs for six weeks, with two live sessions weekly.

Between modules, you will have a two week self-integration period to apply what you have learned, observe your own patterns, and allow the material to become lived knowledge.

Throughout the mentorship, you will have ongoing access to the Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy practice community, where you can continue learning, practicing, asking questions, and integrating the work.

The complete Practitioner’s Path includes three modules and can be completed over six months to one year, depending on your pace and integration between modules.

Upon completion of all three modules and the final case study, you will receive an internationally accredited IPHM certificate.

Three Modules, Each Its Own Depth

01

The Philosophy

Anchoring the Mind

The foundation of the Practitioner’s Path. Explore Ayurveda for the mind and behavior, including the relationship between consciousness, perception, thought, habit, and the nervous system. You will trace how the mind and human behavior have been understood through Vedic and non Vedic philosophies, and how these philosophical frameworks inform the practical wisdom of Ayurveda. The work begins with your own mind, developing greater awareness of your patterns, tendencies, and current state so the knowledge becomes something you can experience.

The Daily Practice

Anchoring the Body

Ayurveda becomes practical through the way you live. This module explores Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, daily routine, habits, and behavioral patterns through the lens of energetics, ancestry, constitution, and your relationship with the cycles of nature. You will examine how your environment and daily choices influence your physiology, energy, digestion, mental state, and overall wellbeing, with the opportunity to explore fasting as a ritual, adapted to your individual constitution.

Recognizing and Realigning Imbalance

This is where your knowledge becomes a working practice. Learn how Ayurvedic principles are used to recognize patterns of imbalance, understand their underlying causes, and develop appropriate strategies for restoring equilibrium. You will explore Ayurvedic assessment and diagnostics, including how to observe the relationship between constitution, environment, lifestyle, symptoms, and the cycles of nature. Your learning culminates in a case study, giving you the opportunity to integrate the material and begin applying your understanding when working with others.
