Week One — The Roots
Ayurvedic principles and cyclical nature, the doshas and the cycle, and a deep grounding in hormonal physiology. You will understand what is actually happening in your body, and why.
Foundation StageWeek Two — The Body
Diet and lifestyle through the lens of Ayurveda, the sacred practices of Rajasvala Paricharya, female anatomy, and an introduction to the energetic map of chakras and nadis.
Nourishment StageWeek Three — The Vessel
Fertility and reproductive vitality, pelvic alignment, yin practice, voice activation, and embodied movement. The body as a living, intelligent instrument.
Embodiment StageWeek Four — The Wisdom Years
A thorough, four-part exploration of perimenopause, menstrual disorders, menopause, and bone health — followed by a final recap, integration, and your closing assignment.
