The Ayurvedic Consult offers the chance to meet you where you are and uncover potential areas where your current habits may not be serving your highest well-being.
The Consult is usually 90 minutes session of info gathering, personal, medical, and relationship history, pulse diagnosis, and tongue diagnosis, followed by the preparation of your Personalized Lifestyle and Diet Guide (a small booklet) that sets you up to begin your path to a life aligned. Once receiving your guide, you have the choice for a 15 min Q+A session.

Part 1 – Curious about Ayurveda? What can it do for you?
A 60-minute open discussion focused on your current imbalances and lifestyle. We will explore what you hope to achieve and assess your readiness to take the next steps in improving your health. This session serves as an introduction to Ayurvedic Principles and how they can be integrated into your daily routines.

Part 2 – I am ready to begin my Ayurvedic Path
A 90 min information gathering session + open discussion about your current imbalances, current awareness about your habits and preparation to take responsibility for your health.
**Includes a customized diet plan and lifestyle guide.
Consult + Personalized Guide : € 150
Part 3 – Seeking further clarity
A 60 minute Q+A session designed to support your process step by step as you move toward a more aligned constitution based life. Helps you understand your Personalized guide more.
**Includes a deeper understanding of the Ayurvedic Protocols, principle applications and brief meditation.
