This 10-day immersion invites yoga teachers, therapists, and holistic practitioners to journey beyond the asana and into the heart of embodied awareness, elemental balance, and therapeutic alignment.

Designed as a 60-hour YACEP training (complementing the 200hr RYT), this program weaves ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with functional anatomy and mindful movement practices, guiding you to understand the whole being from body, mind, and subtle energy.
Whether you’re a wellness professional seeking to integrate Ayurveda into your work, or an experienced yoga practitioner ready to deepen your understanding of self and others, this training offers a bridge between knowledge and embodiment.

- Going beyond asana and yoga therapeutics

Therapeutics & Alignment in Practice
You’ll refine your understanding of posture, breath, and alignment in multi style yoga practices including Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, focusing on fluid intelligence of movement, balance and stability, fascia release and therapy of deeper holds and rest.

Each day combines mindful practice with deep study that cultivates both technical skills and intuitive wisdom.
Aside from asana, explore the tastes, and smells of balanced Ayurvedic meals; Herb energetics, combinations and cooking.

Your Instructors:

Daniela is a passionate movement educator and wellness advocate whose teaching is grounded in a deep understanding of structural anatomy and functional movement. With extensive experience in both Pilates and Yoga, she brings an integrative approach that bridges mindful awareness with anatomical precision.
Her background in Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Posture Analysis forms the foundation of her work, helping students develop not only better alignment and body awareness but also a greater appreciation for how structure supports flow and balance in movement and in life.
Irina is an Ayurvedic practitioner and multimodality holistic therapist specializing in women’s health and embodiment. With over 8 years of experience, she weaves together Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, voice activation, and somatic healing to guide students toward deep self-awareness and balance. Her teachings are rooted in the Ayurvedic view of body-mind unity, offering practical tools for harmonizing the nervous system and supporting cyclical, feminine well-being. Irina’s approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic insight, bridging ancient philosophy, modern psychology, movement, and lifestyle as medicine.
